By accessing our site and enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Enrolment & Access

Course access is provided for the stated duration. We may update materials to improve clarity. Access credentials are personal and must not be shared. You must be at least 16 years of age (or have parental consent) to enrol.

We may make minor changes to content to reflect tutor availability, legal or regulatory changes, or improvements in pedagogy. Where a significant change affects your learning outcomes, we will notify you and offer suitable alternatives.

Payments & Refunds

Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. You may cancel up to 7 days before the scheduled start for a full refund. For cancellations within 7 days of the start, we will provide a partial refund or credit at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.

If you purchase a self-paced digital course and choose to start streaming or downloading materials within 14 days of purchase, you acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations may be lost once performance begins, provided we have obtained your express consent at checkout.

If we are unable to supply a course you have paid for, we will refund the amount you paid for that course to your original payment method. We may use third-party payment processors; you agree to their terms where applicable.

Conduct

We expect respectful behaviour in all sessions and channels. Harassment, discrimination, spamming, or unlawful activity is prohibited. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches without a refund where the breach is material.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload (e.g., assignments or comments) does not infringe third-party rights and complies with applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, recordings, documentation, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use materials for your personal learning during the access period. You must not copy, distribute, resell, or publicly display any part of the materials without written permission.

You retain ownership of your own work submitted during a course. By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display your submissions within the course environment for assessment and feedback.

Liability

We provide education services “as-is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with a particular course shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that course.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law. You are responsible for ensuring that your equipment and internet connection meet the technical requirements.

We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection law. We use essential cookies to operate the site and optional analytics cookies with your consent. You can update cookie preferences at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these terms to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. We will post the updated terms with an effective date. If changes materially affect your rights, we will provide advance notice where feasible.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts.
